Emergency mode
Emergency mode is a special function to have your, Android or Windows, fleet always synched with the last policy of the MDM or to avoid tampering.
When Emergency mode is active on the device, all the apps will be blocked and a notification will be shown with a specific indication how to resolve it.
Emergency mode can be activated in the following cases:
- if Offline Emergency Mode is set into a Restriction profile and, the device, cannot talk with the MDM server for more than specified days. In this case just connect to a wifi or internet letting the device to be synched with the MDM server.
- on Android 10 or newer devices, if user has been disabled Android special permission "WiFi Control". In this case re-enable the permission for %whitelabelText3% Agent, in Android's settings.
- on Android 11 or newer devices, if user has been disabled Android special permission "Access to all files". In this case re-enable the permission for %whitelabelText3% Agent, in Android's settings.
- if passcode is not set or compliat with a profile Passcode policy. In this case tap on the notification to set a new passcode.
- if there are some critical Security issues defined under a Security payload.
